Sid's French toast Supreme souflet

















Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 cup Picante sauce (optional)
1 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
2 slices bacon
1 slice crisp toast buttered on both sides slice into cubes

Preparation:
1- Cut bacon into small pieces
2- Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add Picante sauce, then mix thoroughly with whisk.
    Add a little salt if you like things salty.

3- pinch off the cream cheese into small pieces into the egg mixture.


4- with the oven rack in the  next highest position start the oven on broil.
5- with a pat of butter, fry the bacon bits in an 8" fry pan until crispie?


6- Add the toast bits




7- Pour the egg mix evenly over the toast and bacon bits


8- cook on medium high for about 2 minutes

9- sprinkle on 1 tablespoon full of shredded parmigiana cheese more or less


10- Place in the broiler for about two minutes or until the top begins to brown.



Serves 2 or more.  Enjoy
